Each Teems Fabrication employee impacts the quality management system on a daily basis through individual commitment to Safety, Quality, and Service.

Our customers define quality for the products or services they purchase from Teems Fabrication, Inc.. Teems Fabrication actively solicits our customers' input so that their needs are met and the manufacturing process is improved continually; We seek to maximize our customer’s satisfaction by producing first quality products and providing service at or above our customers’ expectations; We will promote error prevention through effective training of employees to promote consistent awareness and competence of standards & checklists, quality procedures, tools and performance analysis; Our Quality department strives for continuous improvement. We have continued to improve standards that we have by implementing new procedures as well. The new procedures allow for Quality and Safety to be at the forefront of all our manufacturing processes. We hold the entire team accountable for the parts they are building to the highest standard throughout our entire facility. We do not accept our current quality as the status quo. Quality improvements must continually occur to grow the business, keep pace with customer demands, and control costs.
